3 questions you haven’t thought about ask your photo booth provider.

 Of course, you also want to do your research and look at their reviews, look at their most recent work on social media, and ask about samples. There is no better advice that I can give you than “do your research” and don’t be afraid to ask these questions. 

Tell me the truth: what is the real price of your booth rental? 

With many new photo booth companies entering the industry and joining the price war, everyone is tempted to just post a low price, then hit you later with extra fees like: travel fees, setup fees, prop box fees, among other fees. Make sure you know the actual price you will be paying. 

Is that really your booth? 

It might not seem like a real question, but you would be surprised to know that many photo booth companies use stock images on their websites and social media. Make sure you ask for pictures of their actual booth setups and work, you don’t want to be surprised with an eye sore the day of your event.

What happens if the photo booth breaks down during my event?

It is inevitable to have a photo booth break down, I mean, we use electronics and anything can happen. Yes, this can happen during your event. Many photo booth companies will just tell you… “sorry, the photo booth is not working” and you are left with a photobooth-less party. After being a part of hundreds of events and years of experience, Blooming Photo Booth always has  backup equipment and the experience to make sure that we fix any unexpected failures, to make sure the party doesn’t stop because of us!!! 

I could keep going, for example: being insured (some venues require it, and your vendor won’t be allowed there if they don’t have it), being indoor vs outdoors, lighting needs, etc. but I honestly think that these are 3 questions that  will help you make your decisions.
