You are stressed about the perfection of your event, the big day is coming faster than you thought, there are hundreds of things going through your mind, and you forget to ask some very important questions.
Here are 5 questions that you definitely need to ask your photo booth provider before you book.
1. What photo booth style will I see at my event?
With the popularity of photo booths in all types of events, more and more photo booth companies join the industry. Unfortunately, most photo booth companies don’t show their booths, and many only have a tripod camera setup with a backdrop and a printer station separate to the photo station. In fact, I have also seen a giant Ipad with front face camera on top of a table being called a photo booth. At Blooming Photo Booth, we offer a variety of setups; Open-air booth, enclosed canopy , inflatable lighted, hashtag printer and more to come. Our versatility allows us to offer exactly what you need to make your event, one to remember.
2. Are there hidden fees, or extra fees?
With many photo booth companies racing towards the lowest price, is common to see a price or a deal being advertise and later add extra fees. Some examples are: mileage, prop box, setup/breakdown, delivery, etc… We will never give you a surprise charge. The quote we give you is the one you pay, period. No hidden fees.
3. Are the prints fully customizable?
Most photo booth companies advertise their “customizable prints” only to disappoint you with, “am sorry, we can only change the text on the strips”. We offer fully customizable prints, allowing you to personalize backgrounds, images, text, colors, fonts, shapes, to make them unique.
4. What is the image quality?
Believe it or not, many photo booths are still equipped with standard low megapixel webcams (yes, like the one from a laptop). Others are a little better; they use an Ipad front face camera. We only use high quality DSLR camera in our booths to ensure the best of photo quality and HD video.
5. Are you Insured?
The booth attendant will make sure nothing bad happens, they say… Sure, a photo booth is well supervised, but accidents don’t give warnings. Not to mention that many event venues require that all vendors be insured. You don’t want your photo booth to be stopped at the event doors do you. At Blooming Photo Booth, we are insured to give you peace of mind, and us too.
